My name is Elaine Balliet and my daughter Allison was fortunate to have Kristen as her close friend this past year.  Over the last several weeks Kristen came down to visit Allison in Newport frequently and they were having lots of fun going to the beach at A street on Balboa Peninsula, hanging out, and most of all, their friendship was growing closer every day.  Allison was so honored and excited to have Kristen as her friend, and they shared a special bond because Allison spent most of her childhood growing up in Menifee, as we just moved to Corona del Mar 2 years ago.  Allison introduced Kristen to all of her Newport friends, and all of the kids had so much fun hanging out and enjoying time together.  Kristen, thankyou for being my daughter's friend!!  I really feel close to you, because  Allison and you are so similar because you both are blessed with a friendly, bubbly personality, and lots and lots of friends.  And you are both on Independent Study, and are really good at gymnastics. 

 

Kristen, your passing has hit me hard because you and my daughter are so similar, and are both so beautiful, and have such loving hearts, and will do anything for anybody.  I hope that I made you feel welcome each time you came to our home.  My heart goes out to you, and to your mom and dad.  Thankyou for letting us come to your candlelight memorial, thankyou for the beautiful service at Calvery Chapel.  Thankyou for the sign from heaven when you winked at me with your beautiful eyes and smile in the photo at the service in which you were on the swing, I think, and you were so happy with your arms raised to the sky above you, and you came alive at that moment and nodded your head and winked at me.  I told Allison and she was so very, very happy Kristen that you are alive and watching over us in Heaven.  You are with us every day, I just want you to know that, and Allison has the special artwork that you made for her hanging in her room, along with all of the photos that the two of you took this past year.  Don't think that you will be forgotten.  We pray for you every day, and will see you again soon.  

 

We love you Kristen!!!! thankyou for being our friend.  You are a very beautiful, strong, smart, funny, creative, special friend and we love you!!!!!!!!!  You are here with us now, and Allison told me yesterday that she feels as you are  with her everyday.  Until we meet again- and until then, please keep on talking to us from heaven.  We love you Kristen.  Very, very, much.
